Our Copilot training is the solution for all professionals aiming to elevate their work using the latest AI technology. This training covers the basics of Copilot, equipping you with knowledge on how to leverage Microsoft’s AI features to streamline your work effectively. Through a dynamic workshop format, our experienced instructor combines theory with practical exercises to ensure you gain a deep understanding and can immediately apply these skills in your work environment.

This training is available in two formats:

  1. Microsoft 365 Copilot (Paid license required)
  2. Copilot Edge (Free in the Edge browser)

Purpose and goal

The purpose is to gain a deeper understanding of the various applications of Copilots and to contribute to practical knowledge on how the latest AI technology can enhance your work.

The goal is to use AI to become more efficient, free up time, and facilitate collaboration with others.

Approach

Technical and Digital Competency Enhancement

We enhance participants’ technical and digital skills by providing training in:

Microsoft 365 Copilot or Copilot Edge

  • Email Client
    • Program: Microsoft Outlook
    • Goal: Learn how Copilot can streamline email management, thereby freeing up time.
  • Digital Note-Taking
    • Program: Microsoft OneNote
    • Goal: Gain insights into how Copilot can transform your approach to note-taking, from drafting text to creating summaries.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Programs: Teams and Planner
    • Goal: Learn how Copilot’s AI functions can facilitate internal collaboration.

Location and equipment

During the training session, all participants will require the following:

  • Own computer and charger
  • Access to the email client (Outlook)
  • Access to M365 Copilot license or Edge Copilot
  • All programs involved during the training installed (Microsoft)
  • A good internet connection for the digital training course

 

All our training courses can be completed both physically and remotely!
