Yaty Paulsson - Bravida

A training course that benefits every employee

Yaty works as a team leader for the Bravida School, a school for Bravida’s employees where she is responsible for, among other things, linking strategic competence development in the Swedish divisions with the school’s course offerings. Yaty recieved a tip about Effektiv Nu from a colleague and chose to first test the Work Smarter training course on a pilot group. Now a year later, Effektiv Nu has trained 14 groups at Bravida, with more training courses booked throughout the year.

”The reason why we brought in Effektiv Nu as a training provider was partly because we really like the approach, which is very hands-on, and partly because we got a good impression right from the start and appreciated our fine collaboration. I can certainly recommend Effektiv Nu to others.”

 

How is your experience of the training?

“What I like about the training is that you get concrete tips in the digital tools that you already use every day. That you, as an office worker, learn to work more efficiently with your computer and manage your work tasks more easily.”

“I feel that after the training I have become more efficient in my everyday work, and since then, I am quite used to working with our digital platforms and tools. I got a lot of good tips and have gained better control over my working days. The feeling of control is something I think you gain a lot from, that you don’t have to walk around with the feeling that you’ve forgotten something.”

 

What kind of effects have you been able to see from this training effort at Bravida?

“We are a very large company with many employees, both all over Sweden and in the Nordic countries. A common challenge in a large organisation is to get everyone to work in a similar way.”

“The effects I see from this training are that today, we are more in sync and have learned to use our digital tools in the same way. Bravida has many different teams, but if we just look at my small team, who all attended the training together, we have found a common way of working, which means that we collaborate better. Previously, we emailed a lot among ourselves within the team, whereas today, we instead assign tasks to each other in Outlook and use shared notebooks in OneNote to get everything together in one place.”

 

What would you say to someone who is feeling a little unsure about whether this training course is for them?

“The Work Smarter training course is incredibly popular among us and has received very good ratings, with colleagues recommending each other to sign up for the next training course. We have training courses planned for the whole 2024, which are already almost fully booked for the rest of the year. I think the reason why the training is so popular is because it is so concrete, where the focus is on yourself and your own working day. A training course that benefits every employee and is not just about learning something completely new, but getting better at the technical tools and platforms that we already use every day.”
